Turbo Pascal 3.0 projects
LocoScript conversion using TURBO Pascal
The Joyce was designed as a complete system for word processing, employing the program LocoScript.
Usually those word processors contain text characters as well as control codes, e.g. controling the format of a documenmt.
(John Elliott's web page contains a description of the control codes within a LocoScript document).
The magazine „PC AMSTRAD INTERNATIONAL" introduced in issue 6/89 an article,
introducing a program for converting LocoScript documents into normal text files.
Unfortunately I do not own the article anymore, but the sources:
A long time ago I transferred most of my LocoScript files to a PC, converting the files to ASCII before.
Later I transferred the remaining files without converting them to ASCII.
Much later I needed some of these documents.
For converting these files, I shortened the large package written by W.Otternberg.
Now - without the menu selection - documents may be converted either to ASCII or HTML.
