SYNTAX										TYPE: command
		TIMER	<cmd>

	PARAMETERS
		<cmd>		any valid command line

	DESCRIPTION
		TIMER times the execution of <cmd> and prints the elapsed
		seconds.  Continuation lines are allowed.  Granularity of the
		time is 1 second.

		The reported time is subject to the same accuracy problems as
		the system date/time.  Load time is included in the result.
